By accessing or using LaneLock ("Service"), provided by LaneLock Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LaneLock is a carrier-quote matching platform for freight brokerages. The Service includes email processing, lane tracking, carrier management, and matching algorithms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Company administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your carrier data, freight requests, customer information, or other business data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are as agreed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, data will be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
